What is your forearm size and bicep size? I was wondering to see what is a normal or good ratio. My forearm is 13 inches cold and 13.75 inches pumped, whereas my bicep is 12.8 inches cold and 13.5 inches pumped. I'm aiming to get 16 inch forearms and upper arms.
Idk my forearm size but my biceps are 18 inches cold.
i think you are measuring wrong if your biceps are smaller than your forearms. my biceps are in the mid 15 range and my forearms are only like 12 inches, and they are far from small

I was about to say, I don't think they should be near even like OP desires.
Biceps about 14" and forearms around 11.5"
How on earth are your forarms bigger then your biceps?
