Question:
Will working out with just weights and minimal cardio time help in building lean muscle and fat burn? Also, is lifting light weights and more reps better or is going heavy better for lean muscle and fat burn?
Thank you guys!

Thank you guys![/QUOTE] "Will working out with just weights and minimal cardio time help in building lean muscle and fat burn?" yes and yes but make sure you do a minimum of 15 min of cardio. "is lifting light weights and more reps better or is going heavy better for lean muscle and fat burn?" lifting light with more reps will tone your muscles, and im guessing you're starting out so i would go heavy for now.

Depends on how much and how fast you want to lose fat? It is possible to shed fat while doing minimal cardio IF your calories are in check. I personally prefer heavy weights. But not heavy to the point where you are compromising your form.
Thanks for the replies guys!
