Be Safe! lol I love the EC stack just gonna get off for a month if I can maybe starting next comp I will start it again. Expect to gain about 5lbs back when you get off it lol.
I've been doing IF for a whole week now and am loving it. Especially on weekends since I typically like to sleep in till 10am, no biggy to wait 2 more hours and then have feast of a meal. Today I had a HUGE homemade bacon, avocado hamburger on a potato bun. dang good. And a beer. I was feeling so satisfied for most of the rest of my day.
Had an absolutely awesome weekend. Was playing in a volleyball tourney, went 3-2 Saturday and then 3 and 0 Sunday to win the B. Div and basically ended up playing for free. Had to eat to fuel the body a bit but I'm pretty sure overall it worked out in my favor. Also in personal news, we had our offer accepted on a pretty nice house... goodbye renting! So damn excited.
Had a great day planned yesterday. Had my food logged early, went to the gym and did some LISS cardio. Played 2 hours of ping pong too. Then I blew it all at the froyo place when I had a big bowl of froyo topped with every cookie/chocolatey/crunchy thing imaginable (likely 1500 cals).. Then followed that up with a bowl of cereal late last night.
Woke up this morning .6 down from yesterday's weight.. Feel dissapointed in myself, I almost never binge. 188 lbs today. Still down 1 lb for the week and have until wednesday to make it up. About to hit the gym again. Triceps and chest day (my chest is still a bit sore from Saturday's workout)
I need my own place. Staying at a friends and cooking for myself: made some beef with mushrooms in soy sauce and garlic, garlic chinese broccoli, bought some french bread, snacking with hummus, oranges, and apples, and a hint of nutella and a slice of cheese here and there. MMMMM
Also had really good two workouts the past days. Yesterday I ran for 2 miles right before a good, hard back and biceps workout. Taking the day off though today, and getting right back at it tomorrow with another 2 miles and chest and triceps. :P
One thing I miss since cutting: juice and sweet tea. Not soda though, I hate soda, but I miss the sweet taste of juice and tea. Yet, it's just not worth spending my calories on..
Survived my first weights session in two weeks. Chest is sore as hell today though.
Been slacking a bit this week with my diet so hopefully now i can lift again it'll sort itself out.
How's my shoulders coming along? I see some progress in my delts and triceps.
167
Each pound is getting difficult now
With the way I'm changing I think 160 is definitely the mark
Good job to everyone participating!

Thanks! No, no upright rows... Wish I could grow my biceps... Since my chest was lagging, I've been focusing a lot of effort into growing my chest.. I've always done a lot of back work. Guess, I'll need to do the same for my biceps. Feels silly to do iso movements twice per week to grow my biceps. :(

currently the only auxiliary work i do for my chest is dumbbell flyes(i dont have a very big chest but that will change once i start bulking again i think)
you should try upright rows though, it also doubles as extra bicep work, it directly targets the lateral deltoids which gives the image of width we are all looking for, considering shoulder press/bench target the anterior deltoid i think you should give it a shot

looks like your making some great progress...
on a side note, i weighed in at 309.9 this morning, so i am less than 10lbs away from weighing less than i have in over 10 years......i want to get under 300lbs so i can put on my signature "Feb 1 2011 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget, Never Again" like TELUSLOB...lol
i wont stop there, but mentally it is very exciting, its like leaning into the finish line to cut the ribbon, so i plan on hitting the cardio harder this week to see if i can achieve it. MOTIVATION THRU THE ROOF!!

Thanks for the tip. I've tried them before.. They make my wrists hurt - I've always had issues with my wrists. I broke my right one when I was a kid. Right now, my back workout consists of t-bar rows, deadlifts, seated cable rows, lat pull downs and chin ups - I do 3-4 sets of each about 6-8 reps.

That's great news!! Remember consistency + patience = results. It's not an overnight process. Just keep focusing on the process and not the results.

thats pretty close to what i do
i do 2 fullbody splits
1st
barbell row(bent over row)
2nd
Chinup
up right row
for your wrists, i use a EZ bar when doing upright rows, it is a weird angle to hold the bar(especially with closer grip)
power cleans also gets a similar effect fwiw, but i dont have the energy to do squats/deadlifts + cleans so i went with what i felt i needed more and dropped them

before you know it youll be in the low 200s ;)
just remember to look at it as a lifestyle as opposed to a point a to point b deal. I came to grips with the fact i wasnt "dieting" anymore but rather looked at this as my new life, ive never had better results
keep up the good work brah

i've been off E/C with my cold the last week.
going to go back on this week but with the new smaller Primatine tabs I noticed my hunger & energy was about the same with a full Bronkaid so i'm going to stick with two half doses for now.
Just had a great workout in the gym and feeling good. Hoping this is the week to get into the 230's.
Macros in for the day: 2,495 286 60 217 (cals, carbs, fats, pro).. feeling really good about this although I did have a sodium rich dinner. Tommorrow is an off weight training day, but I plan on doing 30-45 minutes on the arc trainer for some nice low intensity cardio - heart-rate ~100 range. Feeling good. Sumer 2012 I will be sub 10%. :)
Its good to see people making progress. I sat back and realized ive been really not putting forth a good effort in the weight loss thing so im committed as of tomorrow to focus on the weight loss since I wont be focusing on strength for quite a while now. Im not stopping until i reach my goal.
176lbs
no workout
yest. macs:
cals 1,650
carbs 151
fats 35
Prot 183
If I worked out or treadmilled i'd of eaten more.
I won't have time to lift until Wed though so probably another ~1650 day for me today.

Nitro, will you forgive my laziness and tell me your average daily macros? I don't feel like going back through the thread. I think they're about identical to mine.
Having a good week... haven't had time to lift weights because I've been too busy with basketball and volleyball this week. Weighing in (a little water depleted I think) 196 this morning... feels good... haven't seen that weight forever even if some is water. Going to get into the gym tonight, another volleyball tournament this weekend. Plan to throw up new progress pics at 195. Keep it going everyone, want to see you all there at the end!

I'm usually around 1800 cals since I started cutting but I was either lifting or treadmilling almost every day.
Prot is usually 180 still and fat and carbs are just added.
I'm eating a little less to make up for lack of exercise.
Grilled chicken, paprika sausage, cheese slices in a wrap. Cals 610 protein 69g carbs 33g fat 22g.
Mirin'??

^ Mirin' hard!!!!
Haven't been round these areas in a bit.
I can't seem to stay on the "Losig Fat" section...
Anyway, last week I was eating 2500kcals for a maintenance week (haven't had one in close to a year since I started dieting).
Sunday I was back to 1800kcals, hopefully I'll be at or under 190lbs...
