One bicep bigger than the other?!?!
I don't have picture unfortunately but I have been BACK in the gym for only 2 weeks and it seems that might left arm is significantly bigger than my right. I went to the gym for 3 months last year but quit and now I'm back.
Anyways my left arm/bicep has the slightest bit of tightness in it, as if I just finished a workout while my right arm is feeling 100%. Is there any logical reason why my left arm is so much bigger than my right? I am not stupid and workout only my left arm by itself. All my workouts are equal as they should be...
Maybe in the gym when I do preacher curls, am I favoring the left side without knowing until now?
