ok so Im going to start updating my various journals right after I get home from the gym.that said TODAY I FLOWED.WHAT IS FLOW?Flow is what makes you happy flow is grind for some(myself) I find comfort in knowing that I am operating at a high level of skill/challenge or what have you.Outwork ,go dere,exit homeostasis.Those are flow actions. but before all of that DEDICATION is a often overlooked flow action
I call it an action because it is a skill in my mind THE MORE OFTEN YOU DO IT THE BETTER YOU BECOME AT IT.Perhaps the reason why I never bit the bullet and got on stage yet is IM SO IN TUNE WITH THE FLOW
