GNC products = overpriced hype with mediocre ingredients. So many better labels and cheaper options. General consensus on the forums that GNC is not credible or priced well. Do not listen to their sales people either.

not a gnc product.. made by revolution and sold at GNC. Its a thermogenic designed for women.. that and ab cuts are everywhere in women magazines now. JWOWW and a couple other broads are endorsing it.. prolly crap.
EDIt. Can prolly find else where for cheaper
Are we allowed to share this type of information or does it cross the line of discussing products that compete with bb.com, and are therefore not permitted? (srs)

Ah, sorry about the error- simply put, buying at GNC still a bad idea.

I actually thought it was a GNC product but was planning on buying it on here because it's less expensive. I was just wondering if anyone had used it and if I should spend my money on it or find something more effective.
What is the product?
How effective is it?
have you had any experience with any thermogenics, there are many that are more effective. I know some women that have taken it and the results are mixed. I would look into some Oxy Elite Pro, one of my favs.
I want to be lean..will it help?
Is it healthy?
What is the best way to take it?
The stuff is total crap
that lines most popular product is just EPA/DHA and CLA
its like 50 bucks... completely absurd
I have tried some other supplements.... just as healthy herbal stuff.
That seems to work best.
I do a few moderate work outs week. 3-4
With 2 short heavier workouts.
I eat healthy.
This is done the best to keep me lean and toned.
If you want to get your fruits and vegetables in ...try V8 Fusion. It really helps while you are working out, plus it keeps you hydrated and its easy to do.

I've done numerous ones and have looked into Oxy Elite Pro but I am allergic to one of the ingredients so I can't. I workout six days a week, eat beyond healthy, and have slimmed down and lost quite a bit but I seem to be unable to burn more and want that last little bit gone. I've done CLA and find that the amount I spend on it isn't worth the results I've actually seen. I do know that it takes a few months to start working and I've been on it for almost a year.
My main interest is this product by Corr-Jensen (sorry for the mistake!). I can't take the Ab Cuts because it has DHA in it and I have a seafood allergy.

Being lean means being at a low body fat. To do this you have to lose weight. Losing weight is entirely about eating fewer calories than you burn each day. This is known as a caloric deficit. This is a vitally important concept to understand if you are trying to lose weight.
I'd suggest not buying this product and instead buying something more effective.

It won't kill you.

As the directions on the package say to take it.
After actually calling the company and asking numerous questions that they had no answers to I decided against using the product. Thank you all for your input; I appreciate it! :)
