Hello everybody,
Though I am not new to BB.com,This is my first post.
I have been regularly working out for the last 4 months.But with all the assignments I am getting very less sleep. My recovery has been an issue. So after doing some research I decided to give Xtend a try. I am having good results from it as there is no soreness the next day. But I am curious about Intrabolic.
Does Intrabolic help in recovery too? Can it be taken post workout?
Or should I stick with Xtend?

Your compaing 2 different formulas that are no where alike, yes they both have BCAA's included. But IntraBolic also has WPH and Beta-Alanine. Xtend on the other hand is calorie free and has added glutamine and Citrulline Malate.

I would go with Intrabolic during workout (btw, they have a wheycheap sale this wednesday)
and Xtend - Sip throughout the day.. yummee.. :D

First off welcome to BB.com
Secondly, as mentioned they share some properties (BCAA's) but also bring about some unique characterstics.
IA - WPH, Beta-Alanine + all the ffAAs (free form amino acids)
Xtend - Citrulline Malate

I have to agree..Xtend tastes great and would be a great option to sip on during the day, but Intrabolic is the more complete formula.
The dosage of CM in Xtend is useless(Studies show 5-6g is needed) and lacks WPI, EAA's, BA, etc
IMO, Stick with Intrabolic during your workout. BTW im not degrading Xtend, its a great product and i even use it myself.

Explain why you need WPI during a workout if having a pre-workout meal.
Why do you want EAA's when during your workouts when BCAA's replenish lost aminos faster than EAA's.
The food overlap of the pre-workout meal negates why you need a WPI / WPH substance during training, sure it may help prevent catabolism, but then again your still going to be in an anabolic state from overlap + BCAA's that are repleneshing aminos right away into the bloodstream instantly.
BA can be added if you want by buying in bulk, yes Intra-bolic has more in its formula, and its a different product, but if Xtend isnt that great why did it win Recovery product of the year at the Olympia?

I must really give a thumbs up for Scivation Xtend. Recovery after intensive leg workouts - nothing like it.
Will give intrabolic a try on the wheycheap sale.
Anyway, with all the supplements I am stacking, gonna be broke soon :)

Intrabolic murders xtend. And I don't put too much stock in awards, hasn't no-xplode won muscle building supp of the year like three straight years at bb.com?

They really are apples and oranges here, they're same category but two different products. I love xtend, but I plan to grab some intrabolic. Can't have too many fruits

Xmas sale was about 23.50, I guess since this is a new flavor, it'll be around 25-26 bucks
