Looking for constructive criticiscm, im currently weighting 73-74kg (about 162 lbs), im 5'9 also.
Ive always thought i look a bit bigger than what my weight shows, what do you guys think? my bench is 175lbs, squats i go for reps, doing 5 sets of 15 reps using about 150lbs.
Oh, should i cut or should i keep buliking for a bit? ive got 7 weeks before summer starts in my country
