I only do it at most once a week because i feel that my delts and chest are not so comparable with my arms. And biceps is a small muscle, it would be easier to grow unlike chest which is a big muscle. so prob once per week or maybe sometimes i dont even do it once per week .
I hit them hard once a week. It depends on what workout you're doing, however.

Once a week.
I'll count back day as one, because by the end of it my bi's are really swelled up. Then occasionally I'll do an isolation day with shoulders, bis, and tris usually right before my rest day.

Zero.
Twice- One light day with back (like 3-4 sets w/light weight-high rep) and one heavy day a couple days later which usually lands on shoulder or leg day (like 7-8 sets w/heavy weight-low/medium reps)
one back day and one arm day every 6 days, so twice a weekish
They get stimulated a little in my back workout, but then I work them by themselves with my chest.

I hit them hard twice a week,and lightly whenever I do back..I warm them up then do 4-6 working sets with heavy weights then I move on to hammer curls with dumbells to get fuller biceps!

Twice a week on my pull days.
Around 22 sets a week. Not overworking, my biceps and triceps are both far ahead of my other body parts.
