Gym has barbells, dumbbells, benches for that kinda stuff. No machines.
Is there any kinda substitute I can do that will target the same muscles in a similar way?

K, thanks; the PHAT workout I was looking at cited the hammer chest strength press as an an exercise to perform... Didn't even know wtf it was.

I see lol.
It's just a chest press machine. Can be replaced with any pec dominant movement really, preferably one that involves the tricep too. Use your imagination.
