Is shadow boxing an acceptable excersise to do for a cardio day? Like 1 hour of shadow boxing in place of 45 minutes of jogging? And if so, how exactly do you shadow box, do you move your feet too? or just pretend your boxing an invisible opponent? I'd love to do it in place of cardio a few times a week (I have 6 cardio days a week) because running does get a bit repetitive to me. Thanks.
