XPI Myotein vs syntha 6 and myofusion
Alright, i've done my research and it all points to XPI Myotein, anyone have any experience with this? is it more of a mrp or a drink before sleep? I plan on taking Superpump 250, Size on, and i'm stuck right now about what protein. people ask if i want an mrp, or if i'm taking before bed or what. What i need to know, is what protein is best, and if i need to take a different shake before bed than i do before workouts, and if so what ones to take. I've done research but i'm still unsure of what i really need.
