Diet chart for fat loss and Schedule review
Hi Friends
I am highly impressed and motivated after reading fella members thread. I have lately resumed my gym schedule again and looking to cut out body fat, being a traditional (Hindu) Bramhin I cannot eat anything other than veg items. would you be so kind and suggest me some diet chart for shedding body fat?
My Exercise Schedule
I am following a 3days full body exercise schedule.
Monday
Squats 1*8
Leg curls 1*8-10
Dumbbell pullovers 1set of 8-10
Military press 1set of 8-10
Seated cable row 1set of 8-10
Barbell bench press 1set of 8-10
Barbell curls 1set of 8-10
Seated Triceps press 1set of 8-10
Pullups 1set of 8-10
Crucnhes 1set of 10-15
I repeat the same workout on Wednesday and Friday. Do you thinks its good enough?
