At Arnold's Competition status, he was:
Arms: 22Inches
Chest: 57 Inches
Waist: 34 Inches
Thighs: 28.5Inches
Calves 20 Inches
Weight: 235 lbs
Height: 6ft 2 Inches
How does that compare to your calc?
if your arms are under 16" and your legs look like toothpicks lets face it guys, your anorexic not aesthetic... I hate the way you guys throw the word around doesnt mean a little skinny fcker with abs
