Quality
Top notch thread. Been doing the shoulder exercises for 2 weeks now, and they are showing a marked improvement all around. Just now starting to incorporating the hip drills on off days and foam rolling after workouts. Looking forward to the benefits.
Very helpful vids and articles. Thanks!

wanted to bump this
I'm dealing with a herniated disc in my lower back and I'm looking for at home exercises and stretches I can do specifically for that. Anyone have anything good or a routine? I've been doing this pretty much...

Great work! The videos are very helpful. Thanks.
I'll also add wrists to the lists of area to do mobility work with, especially for those doing front squats or OL.

Nice looking thread - I'm definitely going to have to visit frequently.
I'm going back to lifting school and trying to learn good form on the oly lifts, so flexibility is key and the lack of flexibility shows up really quickly.
Thanks to the OP.
