Still not sure where to put it...? Im not going to put it in the supplement log cause I dont have anything to log, I just want to start a journal. Or should I just put in the supplement thread area so I can log supplements in the future?

Totally. I'm going to try DTP shoulders tomorrow for my first time. After that, I am going to try DTP arms for my first time. I might be so sore that it might possibly mess up my leg day on Sunday.
