Yes I know, both are very unhealthy for you. Sometimes I get myself caught in binds though where I'm out to Buffalo Wild Wings, Taco Mac, etc. and everyone is ordering them and I can't resist.
In this case, does anyone know if boneless or regular are better than the other in terms of less calories and fat?
Keep in mind, I am impartial to either one (love the taste of both), so even if one or the other is marginally lower in calories/fat, I would rather go for those.
