Everything pretty much, cause the angle changes. A little bit of some muscles in your arm and a lot of others like bicep.
I figured my problem;freaking wrist and hand muscles,I cant bend his wrist, thus I can't use full power.
Rotator cuff and grip are probably the most important. I've never seen somebody beat a guy in arm wrestling when he had a weaker grip.
i find forearms to be a big factor in arm wrestling. That and leverage.

Wow.... Biceps aren't in your arms?
Just build up a strong grip, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Also put some focuse on things like lats and chest. But most importantly, learn the technique of proper armwrestling. Its not just a test of strength, theres actually skill involved...

In 6th grade I was beating 8th graders and grown men arm wrestling. Never do it anymore, but I say, forearm, wrist, grip, biceps, form and leverage.

I have personally found that people with their rep in the green tend to have the edge in arm wrestling. So train your rep!
