I'm not really sure, but what brand is good to use? Is it better to have the tablets or the liquid?

i take at least 6 a day
whats the label say?
my gnc fish oil is 300mg per pill, and i take 2 pills 3 times a day
lunch, dinner, before bed
4-6 is good - if you eat fish on a particular day you could take less that day.
thanks for the responses. i take 5 daily so i guess thats enough
I take 10 of costco's brand, I think it comes out to 3grams of EPA
depends on body weight:

170-200 pounds: 3 grams combined EPA + DHA

I'll say 3-4 depending on grams maybe..
OP you should buy a higher dosage of EPA/DHA. You need about 2K/day. which means you're going to have to take 7 pills/day
I take Lovaza which is essentially a prescription fish oil pill. With that said I take 4 a day. You can't go wrong with insurance covered fish oil
some ppl say they take like 30-50 pills a day, so is it rational at all?

If you are on a bulk, you may be able to afford the extra calories from the extra pills going the cheap way, but on a cut, fewer pills means fewer calories.
