Looks a lot heavier than anything I'd ever do but for guys that like to lift heavy all the time it's probably a good program.
I'm on it now, week 6 :). Can't comment yet since I haven't finished.
I like training like that is all I can say. I've never done that "program" nor will I but I usually flirt around with some stuff like that a lot.
I did it and didn't get stronger.
Good review, eh?
I lift heavy ..max is 385.. warm up with 225.. and do 5 sets of 10 reps with 255.. but this looks dangerous as **** without a spotter ... And I only use a spotter to max out ... Please have a spotter if you do this
i ran it for a few cycles, got 20 pounds out of it.
works pretty well. No complaints

Your joints shouldnt be too beat up. Are you sure your technique is nailed down pretty well?

I wont say I have nothing to work on with regards to form, but it should be alright. Perhaps i overcompensated on my right thus right elbow ache after the heavy day. wrist and shoulders are still fine.
