Whole eggs, olive oil, beef, fish, etc..

eggs don't seem to have much fat I eat half a dozen a day for breakfest cooked with olive oil
beef and fish are expensive sadly I mostly eat chicken because its cheap anything else that be a cheap way to get in a lot of fat?

Whole milk is a staple in my diet so I get a lot of fat from there. Almonds and peanuts are good too.
Grass fed beef/milk/butter, coconut oil, nuts, avocado, cage-free eggs and salmon are my fat sources.
bacon, cheese, ground beef, sausage, avocado, PB
If you get coconut oil I highly recommend nutiva brand. Can get it on amazon for a good price. The healthiest out of all the coconut oils I have found. Also, pretty much what everyone else has said.

Out of curiosity; what have you found that makes it so healthy?
any fat from whole foods is considered good/healthy fat.
Lots of great suggestions already! I mighjt add sumflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, too.
Olive oil, coconut oil, avocados
natty peanut butter..... dang it now i want some peanut butter....

whole milk has a lot of carbs and calories not the best for a diet with low carb/calories

me 2 but when i saw the nutritional label i was surprised...per tablespoon it has 10g of fat, only 1g saturated fat, 0 trans fat and the remaining fats are healthy fats!! :D
