Is it ok to do Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullovers for my Lats, even though I did a chest workout yesterday?
My father said it might even be better, making the back have to do more work since my chest is recovering from yesterday.
What do you think?

Your dad is right. But why must it be a dumbbell pullover for lats?
Generally people do dumbbell pullovers for chest and barbell pullovers (due to the wider grip possible) for lats.
Why not just do Some type of rowing movement and a vertical pulling movement/pullup for lats? That would make more sense.
You're right, but I'm looking to try some new things to really make my lats grow.
I read an article that recommended this workout, and so far it seems to be targeting em' pretty nicely.

I like to use two dumbbells when doing pullovers, hits the lats real good.
Damn, that sounds pretty intense. This is kind of off-topic, but I just love dumbbell over barbell anything.
