Great progress.. This is essentially 3 months of cutting, though. If you were skinny and built that in 3 months it would be a different story.

I think some of it is muscle memory from when I lifted in my early 20's.

Great transformation any updates? How did creatine cycle go? Are you still bulking... Thinking about both these now as I'm think I may be done cutting soon... have gone from 185-148. Was planing on getting under 10% body fat than starting a slow bulk...

I gave creatine a go for about two months,unfortunately I am one of the 20% it does nothing to.
I am going to keep bulking until around May.
I am slow bulking at around 3400kcals a day.

No, I am doing Lyle Mcdonalds Upper Lower 4 day split GBR.
Cant wait to start cutting again in the spring.... Hate this chubby feeling. :)

Man, that is great for 3 months! If you don't mind me asking, what are your macros for your carb intake since you only mentioned proteins, and fats. What is your typical diet like? I wanna try to achieve something like this by the summertime, never too late to start!
