I just got a NORDICTRACK treadmill. let me put it this way, the tread is like 250 pounds and the mill is about 100 pounds. We cant even move it in our house.

Pick it up and carry it. Its heavy it isn't immovable.

And you think that is tough LOL!!! Try moving one of these from your driveway to your 3rd floor office at 250 LBS! This thing has nothing to grab onto either... And we had to carry it sideways and the weight was balanced toward the bottom.

I've moved a Star Trac Pro treadmill in and out of a basement and I think that was 350 LBS and that was a bitch.
Down the stairs is easy, especially if it's still boxed. just slide it down.
Is there no way to take it apart to make it more easily movable? That's what I just had to do with my elliptical, made it about a billion times easier to move.
The tower comes off of almost every model.
Use carts and blankets and muscle for the tread.

Just pick it up and carry it. I've moved mine 3 times
