Fish oil isn't enough to stop aching joints in my opinion, have taken high doses myself and still had pain

Its not opinion. That varies from person to person, some may have healthy joints while others have pre-existing conditions. Saying it isn't sufficient is naive and incorrect. Fish oil is sufficient for me and I'm sure a lot of lifters on the forum.

I'm sure most big power lifters use joint formulas, fish oil is just a + in it. No offence but people who carry a decent amount of mass for their height experience some hectic joint pain don't just supplement with fish oil to help their joint problems, yes they use it as a bonus to aid in joint pain as I did the same, but for itself to cure all joint pain is a little exaggerated
Keep in mind he said 'Heavy lifting'
Whey
Creatine
Fish Oil
SPMAX (IMO the best) <-- scratch creatine if using.
Vit D

Cure all? No, not unless you're deficient. Preventative measure? Perfectly pragmatical

well all depend what you consume or dont , for example if you watch what you eat kinda of a strict diet i recomend: Multi-vitamins, fish oil, glutamine, whey protein, and BCAA's.....But if you are a person who eats good and dont really care what you consume (like myself since im in a bulking process) i stick with these: IMO, i stick to the basics which Whey protein and bcaa's im getting great results and feel great i think the rest is all stuff you just piss out i believe the rest comes from good meal consumptions plus you save money to put towards good proteins shakes
i would highly recommend AAEFX'S KOTIC. i've been cycling this product for a couple years now and absolutely love it, i wouldnt change it for any other pre-workout out there. best of all is that i am still using the 1 scoop suggested serving. i havent need any more than that so thats awesome. the energy and focus i get is amazing and i dont crash afterwards. i've actually given out samples to some people who've never heard of KOTIC and after they use it they get themselves a bottle of it cause they end up loving it. so give it a try.
