westside barbell
so i decided to keep on doing deadlifts and squats along with bench press. the reason of pack pain is the terrible form i had at the deadlifti and squat with rounded back. and of course the many kilos i weigh. so i will try to drop my weight to 90 from 107 and deadlift again from 50-60 kg to perfect the technique.
oh and lots of abs and hyperextentions for supporting my back :D
in a few minutes i will post my new programm :D

I'm waiting in anticipation....

Sounds good man, be sure to keep this thread current and continue letting us know how your rounded back, weightloss, westside barbell, and back pain issues go

i want to ask something more, do elite powerlifters have problems such as disc hernia?
*NOTE* one more thing that involves with back pain is that i sit 5-6 hours at the pc without moving so thats a problem too!
-
and when i say rounded back i mean that i dont have chest up when i lift but it comes to be a round back

I do squats, bench press, and deadlifts. I have terrible form on deadlifts and back rounds on squats. I weigh the same as you and deadlift a lot more than you. I don't do any abs or hyperextensions. I also sit at the pc without moving for 10 hours a day. Yet I have no back pain, no disc hernias, and no injuries. U mad brah?

16 years old, 5 months started to deadlift, and much more %BF than you. and i managed to lift that amount. you mad brah? why so much hate?

Dude, how is having more bodyfat than me not impressive? That is an epic feat in itself. But add that he can deadlift 135 lbs?! Mind = blown!

Aren't you the same guy who always asks retarded questions about Westside? Maybe you should follow your own advice.

sorry if misunderstood i didnt mean like this. i came here for help not for showing records that i don't have. i started hammer throw 2 years ago and little things with olympic weigthtlifting. 5 months ago, i started deadlifting but the mistake was that i was adding weigths all the time. so i would like to try something interesting and not boring such as stronglifts 5x5 or wendlers 5/3/1. i just want you to give me adivice for this and not telling me that you are better than me. stop hating.
