cottage cheese is pretty high, so does a lot of meat such as chicken and seafood.

Any extremely lean meat comes close to the perfect rating of 4.0
The chicken breasts that I have in the fridge are 40g Protein and 200 Calories lol...
yeah chicken, any fish like tuna or salmon, and a lot of sea food, i like shrimp.
Just go for meat.
Probably cottage cheese. Non-fat cottage cheese is like 80 calories to 12g of protein. Even 2% has a fair amount of protein.
Seafood's great too.
whey isolate
chicken/turkey breast
egg whites
chunk light tuna waterpacked
There was a thread a while back, I can't recall for sure, but I think spiders atleast made the top ten list with bearded seal, egg whites, gelatin and soy protein isolate.
Got some turkey patties in the freezer from costco. 35g of protein per patty 0_o
Kangaroo meat is extremely lean, per 100 grams it contains 22 grams of protein and 1.8 grams of fat.

Strong nutritional labels. Still wouldn't even make sense if there were 0 grams protein, cuz 18 carbs x 4 calories per carb = 62 cals. ??????????????????
All the Whey protein isolate has 25g protein: 103cals.
Tuna has 26g: 120cals
Chicken has 25g: 120cals
Turkey has 25g: 170cals
Nonfat cottage cheese has 26g: 160cals

Can't find the thread with a keyword search, spider. Pity, were some interesting foods listed, good for your amusement, as I recall.
