Back in on this thread. Currently a little over 165 morning weight and by far the leanest I've been since I was like 110lbs. Squatted 345x8 deep without a belt yesterday and benched 215x6 a few days ago. Gonna get back into heavy sumo pulling on Wednesday and see where I'm at.
It's time to start training like a lunatic and regularly hitting PR's again.
So far this week, pause squatted 375, benched 215x6 again, and pulled 375x3 sumo. Might shoot for 415x3 next week.
Also gonna try and squat 375 tomorrow for at least 4.
Squatted 375x5 Friday and benched 225x3 Saturday.
