[b]A little info about me:[/b]
I have been training off and on for 15 years. Played HS Football and college rugby during my time so training has been a part of me. Up until this year I took my bb'ing lifestyle more seriously and have been very consistent with my current transformation and weight training. I am currently cutting at 2100 cals per day training 5 days a week.
Here's my current split of Power/Hypertrophy training:
- Upper Power Day
- Lower Power Day
- Off
- Chest and Back Hyper Day
- Shoulders and Arms Hyper Day
- Cardio and Abs
- Off
I will be logging my training using using the C4 pre-workout. At the conclusion of my log I will provide my thorough review of the product.

-- Good start. Pretty happy to keep my strength up. Kinda sux that it's cold in my gym. I warmed up for 10 mins. but still feel cold in there.

Just pre-workout elliptical for 10 mins.

Got it and got out. My training partner and I did not waste any time. I do a set, he do his and I'll hit mine again. I'm really not liking the fact that it's cold in the gym, hate lifting when it's cold. I like it hot so I can keep my sweat on.
Yesterday was a cheat day. I ate at 3000.
[b]Cellucor C4 Experience:[/b]
I took 2 scoops of Cellucor C4 pre-workout, around 30 mins. before hitting the gym. Taste of the fruit punch is actually quite refreshing and not chemically tasting. First thing I noticed was it gave me a nice clean energy throughout my workout. The pump is ok, not the best I've had but it's there. Vascularity is ok also. Focus, it's there for sure, even lifting on a cold @ss gym still helped me keep my intensity up. Overall, a good start with this pre-workout supp.
