Anyone heard of this fat burner? Is it as good as Dr. Oz is saying it is? I mean, I'm not a Dr. Oz fan, but it caught my attention so I thought I'd ask you guys.

You're not a Doc Oz fan... you just watch his show.... haha Kidding man. Hepatoxicity and no advantage over placebo last I checked.
Probably doesn't work/10
The "Holy Grail of Fat Burners", oh brother, I think if it worked more companies would put it in their fat burners.

been around a long time. one use is appetite suppression, so if you are eating less, it works LOL
You mean the same guy that was "scared to inform the public about the powers of Raspberry Ketones"? Lol
So great to have all the input guys💥
I think it's a no go for me. Don't need a quick fix. I'm in this for the long haul. Much thanks!
I am yet to try Garcinia Cambogia, but Top Secret Nutrition recently released it so it is on my list for when I start to lean out. Without trying it I can't speak for it's effectiveness, but TSN in general are a no nonsense company. Visit the site and review the product info - you will find a run down of the product with references. As if the stuff they currently put into fat burners actually work all that well? They all basically boost your metabolism by what, 50 free calories per day? :P
There are a lot of people who say that it works and an equal amount of people who say that it doesn't.
The thing with ANY supplement is that they only work if you're dieting and exercising properly.
With Garcinia Cambogia, you need to take one with servings of AT LEAST 500 mg with an HCA content of AT LEAST 50%. (see Dr. Oz's review: youtu.be/FKw_7Ufcoe8 )
You also need to understand what it is and what it does. It is NOT a fat burner, carb blocker, miracle pill, etc. Garcinia Cambogia is an appetite suppressant, plain and simple, and it does an incredible job at that.
In the past week I've been taking 500 mg/50% HCA three times per day and it's completely eradicated all of my random cravings to snack. I'm eating a lot less calories and have lost 8 lbs.
For what it is, it works great. As long as you look at it for what it's worth, then you can't go wrong.
