It is generally recommended for people who suffer from lower testosterone levels, but that doesnt mean it wont completely work. Stay away from the stuff you were looking at and do some research on supplements like Activate Xtreme, Triazole, or Bioforge. All are very safe and have great reviews from users
Save your money and get some whey and food instead.
