HIT is a training philosophy based on the idea that BRIEF MOMENTARY EFFORT is the primary catalyst for muscular gains. The routines are built around this idea.
High Volume training is the idea that repeated effort is the primary catalyst for muscular gains. The routines are built around this idea.
so I go for high volume?

Go for whichever suits you best, in your opinion.
one might sound better on paper, only you will know which gives the best results though through trying both and seeing what your body responds better to... it takes time to find what works for you but when u do, the gains come rapidly.
You know, nothing, no program on earth is ever going to beat the good ole yet often hated because it is tedious:
Trial and Error
yeah, trial and error sucks, who wants to potentially blow 6 months (not two weeks, mind you, you need at least 4-6 months to give a program a shot, sorry impatient people)
everyone is unique and grows off different programs. don't sit there and try to be spoonfed the greatest program; you'll never know. find out what works. low volume, high volume, whatever, find out.
