Mon-Fri workout program
Hey guys, right now I have a monday through friday workout program and have the weekends off. I would like the weekends to remain my rest days but I feel I need to change up my program and was looking for some advice if anyone has one that they really like that I should try?
Right now its Mon: shoulders, Tues: Back, Wed: Legs, Thurs: Chest and Fri: Arms

Ok..not helpful at all. What exercises are you doing? How many sets/reps? What are your goals?

I try to do as different exercises as i can each time, an on each exercise i'll do 3 sets with reps of 10,8,6 going heavier each time. And as of right now im going for mass and stength gains.
