Help. Dreamer Bulk
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing anymore. I gave up on my cut mid October (couldn't get rid of lower stomach fat and lingering love handles) and then everything just went downhill from there. I got stressed and depressed with all the things in my life and the next thing I know, my lean bulk turned into a dreamer bulk. I tried to pick up the pace a couple weeks back, but I ended up injuring my left knee (still pending doctor's visit) and can no longer squat or deadlift.

Where should I go from here? Should I continue bulking and focus on my upper body since I can't work my legs, or should I just cut and hope for the best? I'm feeling pretty discouraged right now. Any help would be appreciated.

I would cut. You have a lot of great mass underneath that bulk. Switching gears and cutting, even for just a short while, could help with what seems to be more of a mental derailment than anything. Unless your doctor visit reveals something catastrophic, I'd imagine your tree trunk legs won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Hey man, as you know, that bulk ended up looking like you just ate doughnuts the whole time. You looked better before, and would go back to cutting, again.

Cut my friend. Got loads of great mass there! Retry the lean bulk in a few months.

Cut. Just focus on upper body until leg heals. Then do a slow bulk.

don't worry about it. Got great mass. Just cut and get back into your dieting. Still, mirin them wheels big time.

Thanks man. It has been a rough couple of months and my body reflects that.

You couldn't be any closer to the truth. Just gotta add chocolates, chips, fastfood, cookies, pastries, etc. I really let myself go and it sucks.

Thanks! Yeah, this time I'll cut until all my lower stomach fat is gone and do a proper lean bulk.

Will do.

Thanks! It'll be my New Years Resolution to get back into lifting seriously. I'm proof that diet is the key to progress. haha I worked out, but my diet was **** and now I've taken two steps back.

Hey man, don't get depressed. Life gets in the way sometimes, accept the challenge! I'm with everybody else who's saying now is a good time to cut. It would be a good mental pick-me-up too.

maintain until you can hit your legs.
And then do what you want to.
