I can hammer curl the 70's and strict concentration curl the 50's for reps. Nothing impressive.

Dude 50 is pretty impressive, your arms are huge in your avatar. 50 is great for a man let alone a 13yr old.
BB 95 for reps
Db 40 for reps

I'm guessing not 13?
Actually, no guess.
Facepalm well deserved.
It says 13 in his profile, but he doesn't look it.
Okay, for those unaware
On these forums 40 is not impressive, 50 is average i'd say and over 50 is good
Now in real life 40 is god like compared to retards who use crappy form on 25's/30's
now your aware
don't know how many people actually do 1rm of db bicep curl, but I would guess mine is around 40 lbs. feelsbadman.jpg
Can prolly curl 50~60 pounds 1 time, but who the **** does that? lol.

Considering it is the best possible bicep exercise I would assume quite a few.
db bicep curl 50's
bb curl 90 lbs maybe 100 for 1mr

This. I'd say my strict form of 50's for 20 reps is good even though I'm not 13. I don't see many others at my school gym doing that.

thanks ^^
My dad is 50 and can do 3 reps at the 41 pound dumbell I mentioned. He is 5'8 and about 180 but with quite a bit of flab. He has 14 inch biceps though and used to work out a lot back in the day, also a black belt in shotokan.

Just for the hell of it, who doesn't like knowing their maxes?

/disagree
Barbell Curl > Bicep Curl
come at me son
How the hell are you guys so low? Im small compared to most of you and I can bicep curl 65 lbs 3-9 reps
the pink rubber dumbbells works best for me, my personal trainer said i'm not ready to lift the hard iron dumbbells yet.
Barbell: 90 lbs, 10 reps
Dumbell: 50 lbs, 10 reps
Don't know my maxes. I feel like my form is off though. Might have someone check me on it next time I go.
If your form is off, is it possible to curl more weight than with correct form? Like if your torso moves a little when you're lifting the dumbells?
16, 5"11, 196 as of this morning, 44 pounds dumbbell 15 reps 3 sets
Can prolly curl 50~60 pounds 1 time, but who the **** does that? lol.
