cook them. doing so denatures the protein in such a way that your body can actually use it. otherwise, yes, you are wasting them.

You get half the protein if you eat them like that. Do a search, it s been asked before.
i've done a search, and i can only find a couple people saying that you don't get as much protein. is there any proof of this or is it just what some people think
