When to take ALA

Hey guys. I have a simple question. I know that everyones been saying take ala after your carb-up, but im still slightly confused.

For a 36 hour carb-up that starts friday night and ends saturday night, do I take my ala monday morning (the day after my carb-up session) or friday night and saturday night?

I would assume monday morning or saturday night, I just want to make sure Im understanding this right.

Also, if it means anything I will be taking Vanadyl Sulfate with my ala.

take it when you eat carbs.

To clarify, just take it throughout the day on my carb ups right?

before and after. split the dose.

yea. you use it to help store carbs as glycogen right? just makes sense to take with carbs.
