Dumbbell shoulder press: How much weight?
So before i started doing these, i heard that this exercise didn't require a whole lot of weight, as this muscle is small and prone to injury. 25-30lbs was the suggested upper limit.
Anyway, i'm guessing this was BS because after months at around this weight, i've not seen any significant mass, relative to other areas (tricep etc). Some, but not enough.
Is it okay to go all out (within reason) with the shoulder press, with less reps?
BTW what is your DB shoulder press?
