Hungry After Workout
Everytime I finish my workout I've become extremely hungry. This does not help my ab workout.....LOL...
I feel I eat a healthy breakfast prior to workout in a.m.: bowl of Kashi cereal, whey, multi vit,(2) hardboiled eggs and 16 oz. of water.
I'm usually very hungry after weight training and not cardio workout.
Drinking water after workout hasn't really helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could do a couple of things. These tips assume you work out within 3 hours of your first meal in the morning. If you are working out 3 hours or more later, you need to eat more.
The conventional wisdom is to have a protein shake with a bit of high-glycemic carbs immediately after your workout. The thought is the protein rushes to your muscles when you need it most, and the high-glycemic carbs spike your insulin for even quicker nutrient uptake. I do not advocate this process for two reasons (1) I am not a fan of spiking your insulin; (2) I work out at lunch and I need to have a meal to get me through the afternoon.
Here is what I do, and it helps control my hunger, provides me with good nutrition and energy.
I have a protein drink to sip during your workout. I mix a scoop of Substance WPI with four scoops of Xtend and sip that throughout my workout. I feel it gives me energy for the workout, and supplies my body with protein quickly so that I can eat a small meal after my workout.
For my post-workout meal, I have a cup of cottage cheese (non-fat) with a piece of fruit or a salad. Sometimes I will have a grilled chicken breast with a salad and some fruit or low glycemic carbs such as spinach or brocolli.
If your hunger is that unbearable, I would look to eat something. However, you do want to make sure that you have sufficient protein on hand to recover from the workout.
Good luck,
Ray

You should be drinking whey protien right after your work out. That should help you to not be so hungry. Also you could add some carbs to your post work out shake as well.
