On which day should I do chin-ups and which pull-ups?
My routine is as follows
Monday
Deadlifts
Romanian Deadlifes
Russian Twists
Shrugs
Crunches
Wednesday
Chin-ups
Barbell Rows
Incline DB Press
Flyes
Friday
Pull-ups
Squats
Military Press
Calf Raises
First question for those inclined to give some advice is on which days should I do chin-ups and which days pull-ups, right now I do chin-ups with my chest day and pull-ups with my leg/shoulders day - would you guys leave it as is or switch it around?
