Edward Norton juiced in American History X?
I was looking for Ed Norton's training regime that he used for American History X (although it's not that hard to tell he just ate a ton and worked out with a focus mostly on shoulders and arms) and everyone seems to think he did juice. I'm sorry but I can't believe that. He's not even that big, I'd say in a few months of going hard depending on genetics, you'd be able to get in that kind of shape.
The first picture is him around the time of Rounders which came out in the same year as American History X. The second picture is him in American History X. He said that for three months he ate high protein foods constantly and would hit the gym everyday. He said in three months he gained around 30 pounds, but I think that could be a bit of an over-exaggeration.
The interesting thing is Arnold Schwarzenegger called him to ask if he had cycled juice for the movie, according to Norton. And Norton denied it saying he just basically went hard for three months.
What do you guys think?
