with chicken and beef you can find lean low fat portions, protein wise its the same
So you mean to say... Pork is fatty? Man.. I love pork more than beef! I love it more than Beef!
I'm a big fan of turkey tits and chicken tits :D
Oh yeah... forgot about turkey!
I don't like titties! They are too chewy! Just have it coz its good! Legs are my favorite!
Eat chicken daily and beef a couple of times a week.
Rarely eat pork though...
I'd also be interested to see how Pork stacks up in terms of macros, Ive never looked into it
Chicken> Beef > Pork
Even i was interested in how each of them stack up against each other. But i think chicken would win.
Here is how they stack up...

Kangaroo > Chicken > Beef imo.
Kangaroo I buy is only 93 calories (19grams protein) per 100grams. $1 per 100 grams.
It's a nice change from chicken/beef/steak/salmon.
I prefer turkey and grass fed beef when I do eat meat, not that much of a fan for pork or chicken.

There are different cuts of pork and beef and some of them are more fattier than others, same goes with chicken, turkey and any other meat.
Macro wise I stick with chicken and eat beef a couple times a week. Not much a of a pork guy unless it's bacon or pork shoulder. There's nothing like throwing a pork shoulder in the slow cooker for 6 hours and eating some pulled pork sandwiches.

I don't eat a lot of pork, but pork top sirloin chops can be just about as lean as chicken breast. Lots of protein. Low in fat.
Broiled and topped with homemade cranberry sauce is great. With greens or sauteed spinach on the side.

I eat aloooot of pork , but the one i eat per 100grams 22gram of protein/0 carbs/5gram of fat.
No1 can tell me that its not good..
Any kind of meat is good for you, as long as it's lean. You should eat white meat chicken, extra lean turkey and beef, and low fat pork. They all have about the same amount of protein.

Eating lean meat purely because it's lean is utterly pointless unless you're cutting and trying to keep calories low which I hope you aren't doing.
It all depends on the cut and preparation. Chicken breast can be pretty bland, but the thighs are great baked on a bed of onions with turmeric and breadcrumbs just rocks. Pork chops can get a little dull, but a baked pork tenderloin is scrumptdilishous.
