Whey protein effects on kidneys and liver
Look, I'm vegetarian. I drink milk and eat cheese. I eat lots of vegetables, of every kind and color. Eat the right carbs and the right fats as well. I'm bulking right now and I've decided to consume whey protein three times a day to fulfill my body's protein needs. Around 140 g of protein a day, divided in three big doses. So... I'm worried about what this can do to my kidneys or my liver. I also take a daily multivitamin and chromium picolinate. I don't take any other medication, by the way.
If there anything I can do to prevent my kidneys and liver to get any harm of such high doses of protein?
By the way, I'm going to start alternating whey protein with egg protein and another protein which is a mix of both... in case you were about to say something.
