Christmas was really nice....lot of travelling involved to see most of my family but it was certainly worth the effort.

I'm really looking forward to the new year ahead. Starting off with no serious injuries or known roadblocks, a new gym that's real close and, as you noted, a new part-time workout buddy. My son is really enthused about it.

Decent lunchtime session.
Fast paced & simply did what left elbow would allow. It's in the begining stages of flaring up...outer elbow. Listened to it during tonight's session. Backed off tricep specific moves. Took a pair of Aleve with my post w/o shake. It'll get a break on tommorrow night's shoulder session and then a rest day on New Year's Eve cardio session.
