Cutting Down Sodium Intake?
I can handle the protein, the carbs, the fat, and the calories.. but it seems sodium is the hardest one to stay away from.. It adds up so quickly, and even with the whole foods too because vegetables have sodium.
So as a guy at 26 year old, 5'6, 155lbs - what would you say the target for my daily sodium intake should be? And what tips / recommendations would you give for cutting it down?
(I've heard 250 - 500mg for the day is fine and that less = more when it comes to sodium.. but is this figure too low?)
