Hurricanes ribs
I don't have cheat meals or days, I just structure my meal plan to include things I like into the diet.. For example I'm about to eat 450g of icecream in one sitting and not go over my calories for the day..
Win.
Usually a ton of beers and a nice burger or steak with some fries at the pub
i do not do a cheat day, i do a cheat meal. My cheat meal is either (1) general tso's chicken & white rice or (2) bacon cheeseburger with fries from a local restaurant (no fast food garbage! real certified angus beef tastes so much better)

went with taco bell for the fuk of it.
rather go to mcdonalds.
A bowl full of vicodin soaked in whiskey and a syringe for a spoon.
But seriously, I don't have cheat days or anything; if I eat something outside of my regular "healthy" plan, etc, it's usually something like Ben and Jerry's (bout half a pint), pizza, or a meal out like italian.
I have a cheat meal for breakfast one day on the weekend. works breakfast with pancakes, eggs, potatoes anything that sounds good. Finish my meal and a few hours later back to the gym with all that carb energy....after gym straight back to diet =)

Same.. if I eat some "cheat meals" as you say, I just make sure they fit with my daily macros.. But I usually avoid fast food most of the time cause I feel like crap after the last bite.
I don't do cheat meals or days... it's called not being a social tard and enjoying yourself.
Mcdonalds. amazing treat
Lol, unfortunately I don't always plan cheat meals and sometimes I have 5,000-6,000 calories in a day (majority of that coming from one meal). Luckily, I know some strategies in regards to cheat days which can help minimize the damage done thanks to http://www.leangains.com/2010/11/cheat-day-strategies-for-hedonist.html.
On my cheat days I usually eat a lot of proats, pita pizzas or whatever else is around my house. I don't usually do fast food.

only problem is it goes down so fast and it takes about 5000calories to get full if you're used to eating chicken and brown rice
then i feel guilty

So you enjoy eating healthy all the time? "Social tard" do you have no friends or something lol
Lately it's been cheeseburgers from wherever the gf wants to go. We have our day saturday. Meal + dessert with no regards to the days macros.

What are you both on about? I believe he is saying there is no need to "cheat" as you can just enjoy foods like that instead of being a social tard who can only eat certain things on "cheat days"
Cheat meals are soooo outdated, so pre-LeanGains !!!!! :) Eating dirty or clean doesn't make any difference, as long as your protein needs and vitamins are matched.
Even proteins are overrated, but that's another story...
cheat meal once a week for me whether im cutting or bulking.last saturday i had a combo grill (150g chicken,150g pork,150g lamb,150g beef) with buttered mash and vegetables and a glass of red wine.large goat cheese salad as an appetizer, and a chocolate mousse cake with creme brule filling.weighed myself next morning and was +4lbs.felt good man! :D
Cheat meals daily! My fav is In-and-Out 4x1 (4 meat + 1 cheese) x 2. Yes, two of them!
My weekends are by far my worst days
This weekends cheat meals:
Home made pizza w/ the works: Pepperoni, mush, *stuffed crust*
Sunday I had 2 burritos minus sour cream.
