Jonny Shap's Getting Ripped with Sub -Q ***Official Fusion Bodybuilding Log***
Hey everyone, this will be my first log of this kind, should be posting daily. Things I want to accomplish: [b]actually look like i lift[/b]. Been in the weight room for 3 years now, used to be well over 300lbs(never scaled it, so didn't have recording of true weight). I am looking to lose some fat with [b]sub q[/b].. I will also be taking their creatine [b]Purple K[/b] and their Test Booster - [b]Zuus[/b] along the way. I will be posting my daily eating, I know what i have to do to make this happen. Also my work out journey with you guys. I also will be recording some video's too.
Currently I work 2nd/3rd shift so my sleep times aren't ideal. Typically up between 11am-3am, here is my scheduled dosing.
Wake Up 11am - Sub Q
