Sick work, but I hope you're not putting plates on your back to do weighted planks...that's really bad for your back. That said, if you don't do that, how do you do weighted planks?

^why do you do that by chance if you possibly know that it can hinder/injure the lumbar spine?
Multiple other ways to work your core and stability then adding weight onto the lower back.
Congrats on the bench PR(s)! Nice work going on in here lately bro
But what about herbs? ;)
Herbs are good for medicinal purposes :)
Foam rolling: 90mins
Lifting=8.5-9.25 hours
Stretching: 150mins
Cardio:75 mins
So 13.75-14.5 on average in a week
You spend more time in the gym than some kids do at their part time jobs :D

The entire point of the exercise is anti-extension. He isn't going to hurt himself by putting weights on his back if he isn't retarded.

The point of the movement is to stop extension and create a stable core so you don't snap city. Also, the weight isn't actually resting on my lumbar. It's on my ass and shoulder blades.

Yeah, all that cooking.

I honestly don't remember what I put in it but tasty as hell
Your dinner macros are more than most average janes/joes eat (or should eat) in a day
Oh, my, you had to go crazy with the carbs, you must live a miserable life. :D
Oh, my, you had to go crazy with the carbs, you must live a miserable life. :D
last 2 days i cant tell if it was dehydration or lack of carbs that made me feel meh when i wasnt drinking :p

Disagree and you don't have to have that attitude about it. Just sayin'.
Good work as always in here, asides from the weighted planks :p
What did you have for dinner for 2600 calories lol?
And that panini looks amazing

My back has never felt any pain from doing planks. My core is way stronger now than it was beforehand and I almost never get back aches now.
Thanks.
What did you have for dinner for 2600 calories lol?

That's a pretty standard dinner for me haha. Normally I have a little less fat/protein, and more carbs. Was 3/4lb pasta, some chipotle-guajillo chile sauce, ground turkey, cheese on top. Then topped it off with a loaf, poptart, some sludge, and some yogurt+PB
Sometimes a little hiatus from lifting/nutrition can be a nice, restful break.
Panini + aoli look outrageously tasty.

Not entirely sure what possessed me to squat after bench felt absolutely HORRIBLE. HOWEVER, i think I found the main issue with the execution of my squat as of late - because of my dodgy right hip, my right side has had a ton more knee travel making the quad te main mover and taking out the hip extensor stretch/activation which makes me shift to the left. Gonna really focus on strengthening that side and creating stability so that I can squat without putting myself in an injurious position.
170 was absolutely FLYING for that triple! Could have def done 5-6 ez.
Getting stalked hardcore by some random chick. Need her to go away cuz she's pretty fukkin creepy.
First day back at school as well. 18 weeks then I'm FREEEEEE!
GOT ACCEPTED INTO GEORGE BROWN NUKKAAAAAAA!!!!! Stoked as fuk.

stalker? knothatfeel.
There was this girl that lived 2 flights below me when I lived on my college campus second year. The day we moved in the looked at me like she was hungry or something. Without fail, whenever I would go down to smoke a cigarette at the designated area across the parking lot (which she could see from her window) she would be sitting on the stairs where I'd have to walk up to get back to my apartment. This proceeded for two months until she finally engaged me in conversation. From then on if I had ever posted a picture or made a status update on FB she was first to like or comment. (for the next two years in fact) She eventually told me she had a huge crush on me from the first time she saw me and even relayed disturbing dreams she's had about me. The FB stalkery only stopped like 7 months or so ago when I met my girlfriend, Phelycia.
Anywhoo, nice job on the workout man, the squat numbers are still damn impressive. I'm going back to 5 rep weight tomorrow, finally. Congrats on getting into George Brown....nukkaaaaaa.......lol
