Cissus did nothing for me
Stick with the basics in solid doses and dont skimp, I think the key to the stuff is consistency over a long duration
E-Pharm Joint Force bro.
GLC 2000 , everything else is a joke
what was your dosage?
E-Pharm Joint Force
/thread!
I think its depends. i tried them all, cissus, animal flex, fish and flax , generic glucosamine chondroitin &msm. You just have find what works for you.
Even eating sugar free jello has been shown to reduce joint pain by 30% at 10 grams a day.
Cissus+ Fishoil
same here.
Used to be an advil junky, but since I started taking SuperCissus and Orange Oxi-Mega Fish Oil, I haven't had to use Advil. I am obviously not pain free, but it works alot better than Advil and doesn't cause the damage that Advil does.
Osteo-Sport :)
Don't leave home without it.

Excellent product, if your have a CEO salery, too dam expensive to be a reg supp
You can look into the natural route also. Vitamin A, C, B, Boron(Mineral). The internet has countless articles about joint pain and Vitamins/Minerals to aid with them.
Some people prefer natural over artificial. Take a look.
GLC 2000 , everything else is a joke
I have heard some really high praise for GLC 2000. Bought a bottle recently and am looking forward to trying it once I finish off my current MSM + Gluc stack.

I'm psyched to give this a try. Can't wait for it to arrive at a planet nearby.

Next shipments supposed to be monday
I've had the best luck using FLEX and osteo-Sport stacked.
Tried it after i tore my meniscus last year.
Flex PW
4 Caps Osteo-Sport at bedtime.
Tendinitis , and knee pain are nearly absent.
I also noticed a big improvement in joint pain after adding Flax Oil, And Fish Oil...
All these stacked together yielded the absolute best results I have experienced so far.
i've tried animal flex and it worked wonders. wanted to try cissus but was skeptical. would like to try the glc out . just don't konw if i should take a chance...

That's what I heard too. Thanks man! Hey BTW, are you still taking Progenex?

I got it earlier this week, I'm going to start it with next week.
I've used cissus, joint blends (gluc, chond, msm), fish oils, and nsaids, but I think the one thing that made the most notable difference was adding more saturated fats to my diet. I used coconut butter. A serving is 18 grams of fat with 16 grams being saturated. Pretty tasty as well.
The cissus helped a little, but not nearly as much as I've heard people say. I still use the other things I mentioned, but I don't mega dose em anymore. I've been eating the coconut butter for about 2 weeks now and all my joints feel much smoother. I've been beating on my joints pretty hard too since I'm prepping for a powerlifting meet.
