Strong chest work. Very strong hammer strength benching. Especially on the inlcine, for some reason my wrist usually bother me on the incline. It's my least favorite HS machine.

jacked up my back at work on a lift assist with 700lb+ patient. nothing bad but just sore . figures since today was supposted to be back and bis. will do that tomorrow

I need new lifting gloves and I've been thinking about the ones with the built in wrist wraps. So you like them? I do have a tweaky wrist on my left side that bugs me every so often. Thought wrist wraps might give it some extra stability.
